Mulholland Highway - Upper Decker Road to Encinal Canyon

A solid Mulholland transit segment. This section of Mulholland has some tight 10mph sections mixed with more open stretches and big sweepers.

The road surface is good with a few rough patches mixed with several new areas. There are more houses along this section than the lower section by PCH, and that means more everyday traffic. It was a lovely Sunday morning drive, but not a bucket-list road. If you need a transit between different canyons, it's a quality connector.
