California 33 - Ojai to Ventucopa

The 33 is a really good road, although it's more of a cruise than a technical drive. You'll spend most of your time doing fourth-to-third downshifts on big sweepers, although there is a fun twisty climb out of Ojai.

The road surface is generally solid with a few rock slide sections especially on the Ojai side and coming down the grade after Pine Mountain. It's beautiful in Winter and the early Spring when everything is green.

The 33 has low traffic on weekdays, but can get busy on weekends and in summer. This is a great Sunday drive road, especially if you get lucky and have clear road in front of you.
